Accident – Death – Obituary News : Panchkula: Two students and two teachers sustained injuries when a school bus carrying approximately 30 students and teachers lost control and crashed into the hills. The incident took place as the students were en route to Tikkar Tal, a popular tourist destination in Panchkula, for an adventurous school trip. As a result of the accident, seven individuals were promptly rushed to the Sector 6 civil hospital for medical assistance.

Eyewitnesses from the local community of Morni revealed that the mishap occurred around 11am when the school bus, owned by Guru Nanak Public School in Mullanpur, Mohali, collided with the hills due to the driver’s failure to apply the brakes. Residents present at the scene reported that seven students and teachers were immediately taken to the civil hospital in Sector 6 after complaining of various injuries. Among the injured were two students, Parneet and Simran, and two teachers, Geeta Sharma and Vinita.
