A GoFundMe campaign has raised nearly $50,000 to assist with funeral expenses for a family of four and their dog who tragically died in a crash on Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania. The accident occurred when a recreational vehicle blew a tire, crossed the median, and collided with a truck. All four individuals in the RV and the truck driver were pronounced dead at the scene. The victims have been identified as Donald Molander, Kimberly Molander, Miranda Molander, Dane Molander, and James Shade. No other injuries were reported. Debra Worley reported

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (Gray News) – A crowdfunding campaign has raised close to $50,000 in order to assist with the funeral expenses of a family of four who tragically lost their lives in a collision on a Pennsylvania interstate highway on Wednesday.

According to authorities, a tire on a recreational vehicle blew out on Interstate 81 near Chambersburg shortly before 9 p.m.

As a result of the blown tire, the RV, which was towing a trailer, veered across a grassy median and collided with a truck that was hauling double trailers.

All four occupants of the RV and the truck driver were pronounced dead at the scene, and there were no reports of any other injuries.

The truck driver has been identified as James Shade from Martinsburg, West Virginia.

The individuals who lost their lives in the RV have been identified as Donald Molander, Kimberly Molander, Miranda Molander, and Dane Molander, all residents of Middletown, Pennsylvania.

The GoFundMe page established for the Molander family also mentioned the unfortunate death of their pet dog in the collision.
