Three New Jersey residents died in a car accident on the Garden State Parkway in Atlantic County. The crash occurred when a Kia collided with the rear of a Toyota, causing the Kia to hit a tree. The driver of the Kia and two passengers were killed in the accident. The victims have been identified as Sabrina Kontos, Dion Bullock, and Omar Williams. The investigation is ongoing. Three individuals from New Jersey tragically lost their lives on Sunday night when their vehicle collided with a tree on the Garden State Parkway in Atlantic County, as confirmed by authorities. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. near milepost 44.6 in Port Republic, according to a spokesperson from the New Jersey State Police.

Preliminary investigations revealed that a Toyota and a Kia were travelling in a southbound direction when the Kia struck the rear of the Toyota. This collision caused the Kia to veer off the road and collide with a nearby tree, resulting in fatal injuries for the driver of the Kia and two out of the three passengers. The deceased individuals have been identified as 24-year-old Sabrina Kontos from Ocean Grove, 27-year-old Dion Bullock from Asbury Park, and 28-year-old Omar Williams from Eatontown, according to state police reports.

The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities to determine the exact cause and sequence of events leading to this tragic accident..
