The charges against him are felony charges for stealing a debit card. The investigation into the case began when a community member reported her missing debit card, which she last remembered having while at an LAPD facility. She later discovered unauthorized transactions on her bank statement and was able to obtain photos of the suspect using her card at a home improvement store.
