The Raytown Police Department has identified the deceased as Christian Rodriguez, a 26-year-old resident of Raytown. Responding to a distress call reporting a shooting, law enforcement officers discovered Rodriguez at the scene, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds of a severe nature.
