Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound. Immediate lifesaving measures were initiated by on-site personnel and continued by Franklin County EMS. Unfortunately, all attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Nathan Boggs from Ottawa, according to officials from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
