Accident – Death – Obituary News : Tuscaloosa authorities are currently conducting an investigation following the tragic discovery of a deceased 62-year-old man on Tuesday.
Law enforcement officials from the Tuscaloosa Police Department swiftly responded to a call regarding a suspicious death at Alcoholics Anonymous, located at 2025 Jack Warner Parkway. Captain Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit confirmed the victim’s identity as Russell Thomas Andrews.
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has taken charge of the investigation, with Kennedy stating that foul play is suspected in Andrews’ untimely demise.
Investigators are actively seeking a man who was last spotted around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, as they believe he may have crucial information related to Andrews’ death. Described as a white male approximately 50 years of age, the individual is said to have dark hair and eyes, standing at around 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. The man is noted to wear glasses, often dons a soft hat, and may exhibit a distinctive limp due to potentially missing toes on one or both feet. Additionally, he may go by the name “J.P.” and bear the surname Patrick.
