The Ellisville Police Department Seeks Suspect in Drive-By Shooting
The Ellisville Police Department is currently on the lookout for a suspect involved in a drive-by shooting that took place at a local gas station in Ellisville on Sunday night. The incident occurred at Keith’s Superstore just before 9 p.m.
Details of the Incident
According to the EPD, the suspect in question has been identified as 31-year-old Devin Jamald Windham. Investigators believe that Windham targeted a man at the gas pump as the group he was with drove off. Witnesses reported that Windham fired rounds from a black Dodge Charger through the driver’s window. Fortunately, no one was injured during the shooting.

Windham, along with two other men, had come to the gas station from a private event at the Roosevelt Community Center. While the other individuals went inside the store, Windham remained in the vehicle. The victim, who was also present at the gas station, helped identify Windham as the suspect. Investigator Kyle Pickett stated that there was no prior argument or altercation leading up to the shooting.
