On May 22, Ventura County deputies received a report of a “theft in progress” at a Target store on Teller Road in Thousand Oaks. Security personnel at the store informed authorities that the suspects had loaded several large items into a shopping tote before fleeing. The suspects were also linked to another theft at a different Target location just minutes prior.
After identifying the suspects, investigators located them driving on the 101 Freeway and subsequently pulled them over for questioning.
