According to officials, on Saturday, May 18, Officers with the North Platte Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 600 block of South Walnut Street. The search warrant was executed after an investigation into a report of narcotic violations at the residence.

While performing the search of the residence officers seized approximately 4.8 ounces of methamphetamine and 463 pills containing fentanyl.

Terry Barthel, Adrian Kuhlman, Armani Vieyra and Twila Hamilton were arrested and charged with distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine (Class IC Felony), distribute or possession with intent to distribute a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance – fentanyl (Class IIA Felony), and child abuse (Class IIIA Felony).
