Tommy Bays III, 39, of Denton, is currently held at Denton County Jail on a murder charge, with his bond yet to be determined. The victim, 44-year-old Melonie Frye, was found dead in a shed at a home on Monterey Drive. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled her death a homicide in March.
