Muscat and E. Grand avenues, where Franco was found lying in an alley with a gunshot wound to the upper body, ultimately resulting in his untimely death.

At 4:40 a.m. on that fateful Tuesday morning, a passerby alerted Fresno County Sheriff’s dispatchers after spotting Franco in the alley. Investigation and Potential Suspects

Residents in the area reported hearing possible gunshots between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. the night before, although no official report was made to law enforcement at the time.
