After three months of intensive technical and ground surveillance, the NCB and ATS successfully dismantled the drug manufacturing network operating in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The seized narcotics include 149 kgs of mephedrone, commonly known as ‘meow meow’ drug, in both powder and liquid form, 50 kg ephedrine, and 200 litres of acetone. These substances were recovered from the labs located in Bhinmal of Jalore district and Osian in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, as well as Gandhinagar in Gujarat.

During interrogation, it was revealed that the accused used nail polish or paint remover as the base material for manufacturing drugs in their labs. The dealers were involved in the purchase of raw materials from suppliers in Gujarat and had a well-established network for distributing the drugs in local areas.
Mastermind and Accomplices
The mastermind of the drug racket, Kuldeep Singh Rajpurohit, along with his accomplices Rajaram Meghwal, Bajrang Lal Bishnoi, Deepak Solanki, Shiv Ratan Agarwal, and Rampratap, were arrested in connection with the case. The police are now on the lookout for Jagdish Bishnoi, who is believed to be an aide of Rampratap.
