Two Indian students studying in the United States tragically lost their lives in a devastating traffic collision near Lake Pleasant in Arizona. The fatal accident took place on April 20 at approximately 6:18 pm on Castle Hot Springs Road, just north of State Route 74. The collision involved two vehicles, a white 2024 Kia Forte and a red 2022 Ford F150. Preliminary investigations by the Peoria Police revealed that the driver of the red F150 was travelling southbound on Castle Hot Springs Road, while the white Kia Forte was heading northbound.

The red F150 had one occupant who sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a local hospital. Fortunately, the occupant has been discharged since then. On the other hand, the white Kia Forte had three occupants, with the driver suffering serious injuries but being released from the hospital. Tragically, both Nivesh Mukka and Goutham Parsi succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the collision.

The Peoria Police are currently investigating the cause of the collision to determine the circumstances that led to this tragic loss of life.
