In a heartbreaking turn of events, a violent altercation took place on April 7th at the west side of Eastridge Mall in Casper, Wyoming. The incident involved two juvenile suspects, Jarreth JoseFlee Plunkett and Dominique Antonio Richard Harris, and resulted in the tragic death of 14-year-old Robert “Bobby” Maher Jr.
Identification and Charges of the Suspects
Following an initial appearance in Circuit Court, Plunkett and Harris were identified and charged with serious offences. Plunkett faces charges of First Degree Homicide, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Theft, while Harris has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder and Theft.
Location and Circumstances of the Altercation
The altercation between Maher Jr. and the suspects occurred near the Hibachi grill on the west side of Eastridge Mall.
