Authorities in Babylon, N.Y. have identified the man whose body parts were discovered at Long Island parks last month. The victim has been identified as Malcolm C. Brown, a 53-year-old man from Yonkers, police confirmed on Friday. Alongside Brown, the remains of a woman were also found and identified as Donna R. Four individuals have been charged in connection with the case: Steven Brown, 44, Jeffrey Mackey, 38, Amanda Wallace, 40, and Alexis Nieves, 33. Each has been charged with concealment of a human corpse, hindering prosecution, and tampering with physical evidence. Notably, Steven Brown is the cousin of Malcolm C. Brown, the male victim.

The discovery of body parts belonging to the victims was made at various locations in Babylon. Authorities found remains at Southards Pond Park on Feb. 29, with more remains discovered on March 5 in a wooded area across from 103 Lakeway Dr. in West Babylon, as well as at Bethpage State Park.
