Tragic Accident Claims Life of Terry Meyer in Earlville

In a devastating turn of events, a fatal crash occurred in Earlville on Thursday afternoon, resulting in the untimely death of 59-year-old Terry Meyer from Dyersville, Iowa.

The tragic incident took place on 210th Street, located west of County Road X47 in Earlville. Meyer was behind the wheel of his 2007 Ford F350, travelling east on 210th St. when, under mysterious circumstances, he veered across the centreline and collided head-on with a semi-truck.

Regrettably, Terry Meyer was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The driver of the semi-truck, identified as 50-year-old Tom Bufford, was rushed to a nearby hospital via ambulance before being transferred to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics to receive treatment for his injuries.
