Tragic Incident in Indore: Toddler Falls to Death at Under-Construction House
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: A heartbreaking incident occurred in the Kanadiya area of Indore on Tuesday, where a two-and-a-half-year-old girl lost her life after falling from a height at an under-construction house. The young child, identified as Nisha, was playing on the stairs while her parents were engrossed in their work. Tragically, she lost her balance and fell to the ground, resulting in fatal injuries.
The local authorities swiftly responded to the incident, with the police registering a case and initiating a thorough investigation to determine the exact circumstances that led to the tragic event. Kanadiya police station in charge, KP Yadav, revealed that the incident took place at a construction site in the Bicholi Mardana area, where Nisha’s family had been residing temporarily for work purposes.
It was later disclosed that Nisha’s father, Suresh, originally hails from Khargone district. The family had relocated to Indore for a few months due to Suresh’s employment at the construction site. Following the incident, the workers at the site promptly informed Nisha’s parents, who rushed her to the hospital in a bid to save her life. However, despite their efforts, the young girl tragically succumbed to her injuries.
Autopsy Examination and Police Investigation
Initially, there was resistance from the family members regarding the autopsy examination. However, the police managed to pacify them, and the necessary procedures were carried out. Nisha’s body was subsequently sent for a detailed autopsy examination, which was conducted on Wednesday to ascertain the cause of her untimely demise.
Additional Tragedy Strikes: Man Killed in Road Accident
In a separate incident that added to the somber atmosphere in the region, a 30-year-old man named Hatesingh lost his life in a tragic road accident in the Khudel area. Hatesingh, a resident of the Ujjaini area, was fatally injured after being struck by a vehicle. He was immediately rushed to the MY hospital for medical treatment, but unfortunately, he could not be saved.
The authorities are currently on the lookout for the driver responsible for the accident, as they continue their efforts to bring justice to the grieving family of the deceased.
