Teenager Fatally Stabbed in Flatiron District

The victim has been identified as Denzel Bimpey, an 18-year-old resident of the Bronx.
According to reports, the incident occurred in front of a building located at the intersection of East 26th Street and Park Avenue South.
Authorities state that a heated argument ensued between the victim and two unidentified men.
During the altercation, the assailants repeatedly stabbed Bimpey in his chest, shoulder, and arm.
Paramedics rushed the critically injured victim to Bellevue Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead.
While a person of interest has been apprehended, no charges have been filed as the investigation is still ongoing.
