The photograph depicts an incident involving a delivery rider, whose identity was initially unknown to his cousin in Kedah. It was only after the police informed his mother several hours later that they discovered that he was the victim. The tragic event occurred yesterday when a light aircraft crashed in West Elmina, Shah Alam, resulting in the loss of 10 lives. Among the victims were the two flight crew members and six passengers on board the plane, as well as a car driver and a motorcyclist who were unfortunate enough to be caught in the fatal crash.

The motorcyclist has been identified as Muhamad Hafiz Muhamad Salleh from Sidam, Kedah. According to a report by mStar, Muhamad Hafiz was a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) who had relocated to Kuala Lumpur and secured a job as a delivery rider. In his thirties, Muhamad Hafiz was the eldest of five children in his family and had intended to return to his hometown next week to attend his sibling’s wedding.

Nurul Nazihah, a relative of Muhamad Hafiz, initially remained unaware of her cousin’s tragic demise. The only information she had come across were rumors of a motorcyclist’s passing circulating on social media. It was only after Maghrib (evening prayer) that she learned about her cousin’s involvement in the accident. The police had visited Muhamad Hafiz’s mother’s house, and she is currently en route to the capital city. Nazihah expressed concern for her aunt’s emotional state and refrained from calling her at that moment. She worries that her aunt may be too distraught to communicate properly. Nazihah also shared the heartbreaking news that the upcoming week was meant to be a joyous occasion for the family, with her cousin scheduled to attend his sibling’s wedding. She fondly remembered Muhamad Hafiz as a soft-spoken individual who possessed eloquence in his speech.

The crash also claimed the life of a prominent figure, Datuk Seri Johari Harun, who served as the Pahang assemblyman and Umno chief division of Bentong. The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has identified the aircraft involved in the incident as the Beechcraft Model 390 (Premier 1), with the registration number N28JV..
