Two doctors and two minors were killed in a car and coach accident near Ghulam Banda on Rawalpindi Road. Fourteen passengers, including men and women, were injured. Three critically injured passengers were referred to Peshawar. The victims who died were traveling in the car. The injured were admitted to Kohat hospital. Gumbat police have registered a case. In other incidents, a man killed his brother over a boundary wall dispute, and a couple on a motorcycle was killed by unknown armed men. Our Correspondent reported

A tragic collision between a car and a coach near Ghulam Banda on Rawalpindi Road in Kohat resulted in the loss of two doctors and two minors, while 14 passengers, both men and women, sustained injuries. The injured individuals, three of whom are in critical condition, were referred to Peshawar by the doctors at KDA Teaching Hospital. The coach was en route from Rawalpindi to Bannu, North Waziristan, and South Waziristan, while the car was heading towards Peshawar. Unfortunately, all the casualties were occupants of the car, namely Dr Tofail, his young daughter Umme Habiba, Dr Younis, and Barira. The car’s injured occupants include Dr Naushen, Saafi, Usama, and Hafsa. The wounded passengers from the coach were identified as Qudratullah, Sheeba, Aleena, Shahab, Shaheen Bibi, Ismail, Shams Durrani, Abdul Masawwar, Aaqib, and Naleen. All the coach passengers were admitted to the hospital in Kohat. A case has been registered by Gumbat police. In an unrelated incident, a man was arrested for killing his brother over a dispute concerning a boundary wall in Pehalwan Banda. Additionally, in another unfortunate event, an unidentified couple riding a motorcycle was fatally attacked with firearms in the Nadir Banda area of Lachi tehsil.
