Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 14 (ANI): A 70-year-old woman, identified as Surekha Agarwal, has tragically lost her life in Mumbai’s Tardeo area during a suspected suffocation incident that occurred during a robbery on Sunday morning. The unfortunate incident took place when the victim’s husband, Madhan Mohan Agrawal, was preparing to go for his routine morning walk. At approximately 6:30 am, three individuals forcibly entered their house with the intention of robbery, pushing him inside. The assailants proceeded to tie the hands and tape the mouth of the elderly couple before looting their house of valuable gold jewelry. After the robbers left, Mohan Agarwal managed to inform their neighbors about the harrowing incident, prompting them to alert the police. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers rushed the couple to Nair Hospital, where doctors pronounced Surekha Agarwal dead. The police have registered a case of robbery and murder against the three suspects and are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into the matter..
