A fatal accident in Metro Detroit resulted in the closure of I-275 for several hours on Sunday night. The incident occurred at Ford Road, and the victim was identified as a 28-year-old man from Westland. The man was found dead at the scene, and police discovered red vehicle parts from a rental car he had been driving. Michigan State Police later provided additional information on the victim, a 28-year-old individual from Westland, who was found lifeless on the side of I-275. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Upon further investigation, authorities discovered fragments of a red vehicle, which were identified as belonging to a rental car that the victim had been operating. The reason behind the man’s decision to exit his vehicle remains unknown, and the police urge any witnesses to come forward and share any pertinent information.
