The police promptly arrived at the scene and launched an investigation, revealing a history of frequent quarrels and physical abuse towards the child. The accused has been arrested. A man in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, committed the heinous act of strangling his wife following their frequent arguments. The tragic incident unfolded when a dispute escalated between the couple, leading the woman, known as Mamta, to physically assault their young 6-year-old son. Driven by an overwhelming rage, the accused, Suraj, resorted to using Mamta’s saree to strangle her. Subsequently, Suraj concealed her lifeless body amidst the shrubbery.
Upon receiving the report, law enforcement swiftly arrived at the scene and initiated their inquiry. They recovered the deceased’s remains and dispatched them for post-mortem examination. During the investigation, it came to light that Suraj and Mamta had been married for seven years, during which time their relationship was marred by frequent altercations. Consequently, the distressing circumstances often led Mamta to subject their young son to physical abuse.
However, the perpetrator has since been apprehended by the police.
