The Kolkata Police apprehended two more students, identified as Manotosh Ghosh and Deepsekhar Dutta, bringing the total number of arrests to three. The incident occurred when the victim fell from a second-floor balcony at the boys’ hostel after reportedly being subjected to ragging by his seniors.
