The lifeless body of Ct/Sepoy Ajay Kumar of F 112 BN CRPF was discovered amidst a pool of blood during the early hours of Saturday near SAIL Chersoo in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. The unsettling event was preceded by the sound of gunshots, prompting an investigation by the Awantipora Police, who have determined suicide as the apparent cause of death. Medico-legal procedures have been carried out, and an inquest under Section 174 of the CrPC has been initiated.
