The 27-year-old artist was apprehended by West Palm Beach police on Wednesday evening, only to be released three hours later. This incident occurred just four months after 6ix9ine was attacked at a nearby gym.
According to a spokesperson from the PBSO, officers initially stopped 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, after witnessing a vehicle committing a suspected traffic violation. They also noticed that the car did not have a license plate. As a result, Hernandez was pulled over and identified. It was discovered that he had a suspended driver’s license and an active traffic warrant in the PALMS system for failing to appear in court related to an unregistered vehicle. The bond for this warrant was set at $2000. Consequently, he was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County jail, with no additional charges. Traffic citations were issued for the violations observed during the incident.
