Appearing before a judge for the first time on Tuesday, the 36-year-old faces accusations related to the shooting that occurred on July 30. The incident resulted in the death of one individual, identified as Joseph Bonner, and left 18 others injured, with 17 sustaining gunshot wounds and one being hit by a car. Vance is currently the only person charged in connection with the shooting, although authorities have not charged him in relation to Bonner’s death.
