Two people have been arrested for the murder of Randy Knox in Bandera County, Texas. Linda Hernandez was arrested on July 31, while Eddie Montesdeoca was taken into custody on August 3. Surveillance video allegedly shows Montesdeoca arguing with Knox before shooting him multiple times. Hernandez is seen swinging a pipe at Knox while he was on the ground. Two individuals, Linda Hernandez and Eddie Montesdeoca, have been arrested for murder in connection with the incident. Hernandez was taken into custody on July 31, while Montesdeoca was arrested on August 3. Both face additional charges of tampering with evidence, and Montesdeoca is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The shooting occurred on July 30 in the 100 block of Oak Cliff in Lakehills. When deputies from the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene, they discovered that Knox had been shot in the back and the left armpit. Surveillance footage obtained during the investigation reportedly showed an argument between Knox and Montesdeoca, during which Montesdeoca pulled out a handgun and began assaulting Knox. Knox attempted to flee, but Montesdeoca pursued him and shot him multiple times in the back. Hernandez was seen on the video attacking Knox with a pipe while he was on the ground.

Following the incident, both Montesdeoca and Hernandez fled from the home but were apprehended shortly thereafter. They were subsequently taken to the Bandera County Jail.
