On June 28, at Glenview Country Club, 88-year-old Dean Zook was attacked after accidentally hitting the front bumper of another vehicle. The perpetrator, identified as 75-year-old Robert Moore, approached Zook, claiming, “You hit my car,” before repeatedly punching him. Zook requested to exchange insurance information, acknowledging his mistake, but Moore continued his assault. Realizing the vehicle belonged to someone else, Moore eventually walked away. Tragically, Zook suffered severe injuries, including bleeding from the brain, and succumbed to them on July 16 while in the hospital.
