The Pueblo County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal crash on I-25 in Pueblo. The driver, 48-year-old Stephanie Darrcel Gatson of Fort Worth, TX, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation, with fatigue being considered a factor. KOAA News 5 reported

The identity of the individual involved in a car accident on northbound I-25 near the Pueblo Blvd. exit has been determined by the Pueblo County Coroner’s Office. The incident occurred shortly before 10 a.m. on Wednesday. The Pueblo Police Department reports that the vehicle contained five occupants at the time of the collision, consisting of two adults and three children. Unfortunately, the driver, Stephanie Darrcel Gatson, a 48-year-old resident of Fort Worth, TX, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The remaining four individuals were transported to the hospital for treatment, but their injuries are not life-threatening.
