The remains of Imani Roberson were discovered on Friday evening, over a fortnight after she went missing. It has been announced that another individual will be apprehended in connection with the case. The site where the body was found appeared to contain burnt remnants of her vehicle.

Furthermore, video footage from a neighbor’s doorbell camera, which was provided by her family to WXIA, seemed to depict the vehicle leaving Roberson’s driveway on the evening she disappeared.

Anderson, the husband of Roberson, was arrested at an apartment in Atlanta and has been charged with felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm, according to Sheriff Eric Levett during a press conference. The sheriff also stated that further arrests will be made.

On the day Roberson vanished, she and her four children had visited her mother for a family dinner. Roberson, along with her 3-year-old and 1-month-old children, had left to return home, while her 11-year-old and 9-year-old children stayed at their grandmother’s residence, as confirmed by the sheriff.

The investigation into this case is still ongoing, and the sheriff assured reporters that additional arrests will be made..
