A photograph depicting a car crash scene at Columbia Road and Stowe Drive near Woodlawn Baptist Church in Evans, Georgia, is shown. The tragic incident occurred on April 28, just before 1 p.m., resulting in the death of a 3-year-old girl named Zora Paschal. The driver of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra, traveling eastbound, failed to notice the halted traffic in front of her. In an attempt to avoid a rear-end collision, she veered into the opposite lane and was subsequently struck by a westbound Jeep Cherokee. Although the driver was deemed at fault, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office has chosen not to press charges due to their compassionate consideration of the immense emotional strain the mother has endured. No evidence was found to suggest that the driver was using her cellphone or impaired in any way. Tragically, despite being secured in a car seat in the rear of the Elantra, the young girl suffered severe head and brain injuries, resulting in instant fatality..
