Upon the officers’ arrival, the five roommates managed to evacuate the premises, while the suspect barricaded himself in one of the bedrooms. Roughly 20 minutes later, the suspect, identified as Anthony Grandel, a 34-year-old man, emerged from the bedroom and was subsequently apprehended. Fortunately, no significant injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
