Two of the victims sustained non-fatal injuries, while the third victim, a man from Grandview, was fatally shot in his driveway according to witnesses. The suspect was described as wearing a black face mask with a skull design and driving a green Dodge Dakota truck with a lawnmower in the bed. The shootings occurred within minutes of each other, prompting an urgent search by the police. The suspect was arrested one hour after the public’s assistance was requested, and a search of his backpack revealed a black skull mask. A firearm was found in a brown sedan linked to the suspect, along with incriminating videos featuring the suspect holding a gun and wearing the same mask. It was discovered that Harper had a criminal record, including charges of aggravated battery, burglary, robbery, theft, and attempting to flee or elude authorities..
