A Brandon man is currently in custody at Minnehaha County jail following a tragic incident where he allegedly drove drunk and fatally struck a motorcyclist. Sioux Falls Police have identified the suspect as Anthony Surdez, who reportedly turned in front of a motorcycle on Saturday night at the intersection of Arrowhead Drive and Veterans Parkway in the eastern part of the city.
