A Granger man named Jaime Daniel Brown has tragically died in a motorcycle crash in Berrien County. The accident occurred early Friday morning on West Elm Valley Road near Mill Road, northeast of Three Oaks. Berrien County Sheriff deputies arrived at the scene around 12:30 a.m. and discovered a single motorcycle and Brown in a ditch. Despite their efforts to save him, Brown passed away at the scene. Authorities have reported that Brown was not wearing a helmet and initial investigations suggest that speed and alcohol may have been contributing factors to the crash.
