The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Deontay Willingham, was apprehended in Pennsylvania on an unrelated matter earlier this month. The victim, 37-year-old Dennis Davis, was tragically gunned down on East 23rd Street in broad daylight on June 11th.
The Wilmington City Police revealed that Willingham was identified as a suspect during the course of their investigation.
