A new court date has been set for a Lloydminster man who has been arrested in connection with a murder and two assaults in Margo. The incident took place late on Christmas Eve, when Wadena RCMP received a distress call from Margo. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a woman and an infant who had both sustained injuries, as well as a deceased woman in a nearby residence.
The deceased woman has been identified as 51-year-old Sharon Littlewolfe, who was in a relationship with the suspect. The suspect, 56-year-old Brian McLeod, appeared in Wadena Court on Thursday, July 6th, where he was remanded in custody until July 20th.
