If we want to fight crime and make our cities safer we must confront the 5-years of DEI hire cops, Chiefs & Sheriffs and the corrupt police labor unions that protect and defend them.
It’s clear that to truly tackle crime and enhance safety in our cities, we need to address the past five years of hiring practices that have prioritized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within law enforcement. Many believe that these DEI hires, including cops, Chiefs, and Sheriffs, have created an environment that shields corruption and inefficiency. The growing influence of corrupt police labor unions only complicates the matter, as they often defend practices that many citizens see as detrimental to public safety.
“Defund the Police” and BLM is dead.
The movements that once called for police reform, like “Defund the Police” and BLM, have lost momentum. This shift in public sentiment has prompted a reevaluation of our approach to policing. As we move forward, it’s essential to recognize that the issues spawned from these movements need to be addressed head-on. A fresh perspective is necessary to restore trust and efficacy in our police forces.
Now we must eradicate what they’ve spawned.
To make meaningful changes, we must eradicate the problems that have emerged from recent policies and practices. This involves not just reassessing hiring practices but also holding law enforcement accountable for their actions. Only then can we hope to create a safer environment for everyone.
