Guam – Police are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a missing 2-year-old girl named Lucialyn Aflleje. The person of interest in the alleged abduction case is Eugene Wayne Tudela Huffman. According to Officer Berlyn Savella, spokesperson for the Guam Police Department (GPD), the child was last seen on Sunday, February 11 at approximately 10:05 a.m. in Dededo on Chalan Kareta Street along Route 3. She is believed to be in immediate danger.
In response to the seriousness of the situation, the GPD has issued an Amber Alert. This alert is activated in the most severe child-abduction cases, with the intention of mobilizing the community in the search for the missing child.
Authorities have identified Huffman as the individual who was last seen leaving the area where the child was last seen. He was driving a white 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer with license plate number 955 DP. Huffman was described as wearing basketball shorts with black and white stripes, and he was shirtless at the time. His current whereabouts are unknown.
GPD emphasized the urgency of finding the missing child, stating, “It is imperative that the child be located as soon as possible.”
Preliminary investigations indicate that the girl was taken from her residence following a physical altercation between Huffman and a female victim, who is also the child’s mother.
It is important to note that there is no known relationship between the missing child and Huffman, according to GPD.
The missing girl is described as approximately 3 feet tall, with curly hair, a dark complexion, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a turquoise sheer tank top with a white shirt underneath, diapers, turquoise rubber shoes/Crocs with a pink strap, and her finger and toenails were painted purple. The child has no identifiable scars or birthmarks.
To aid in the search, the GPD has activated the Domestic Assault Response Team and personnel from the Special Operations Division. An All-Points Bulletin has been issued to all precincts and law enforcement agencies.
