New Delhi: A tragic incident unfolded in the Dayalpur area of northeast Delhi, where a 58-year-old man was brutally stabbed to death by his neighbor over a debt dispute. The victim, Zahooruddin, had lent Rs 10,000 to his neighbor, Shahid, who failed to repay the borrowed amount. The altercation between the two individuals turned violent, resulting in Zahooruddin’s immediate demise.
The incident occurred around 1:30 pm near Bharat Dairy, according to the police reports on Saturday. Zahooruddin, who ran a shoe-making business, had repeatedly requested Shahid to return the money, leading to escalating tension between them.
Following a complaint filed by Zahooruddin’s son, Sohail, the police registered a murder case against Shahid. As investigations are underway, a dedicated team has been assigned to apprehend the accused.
Tragic Shooting Incident in Najafgarh Salon
In another unfortunate incident, two men identified as Sonu and Ashish were fatally shot inside a salon in Najafgarh, Delhi. The victims succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds in front of other customers and salon staff, leaving everyone in shock and horror.
The police managed to obtain CCTV footage of the incident, which is currently under examination. The video, which has been widely circulated on the internet, shows one of the victims pleading for mercy from the attackers.
