A tragic accident took place on Saturday evening in Osceola County, Florida, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred between a pickup truck and a Kawasaki motorcycle on Holopaw Road and Concord Road at approximately 7:35 p.m.
The preliminary crash report indicates that a Mitsubishi Raider truck and a Kawasaki Motorcycle were involved in the incident. Sadly, the motorcyclist, a 62-year-old man from St. Cloud, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck, identified as a 65-year-old man also from St. Cloud, remained uninjured and stayed at the accident site.
As a result of the collision, both the northbound and southbound lanes of Holopaw Road are currently blocked. Motorists are advised to find alternate routes until the road reopens.
The Florida Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the crash and gather further details. At this time, no additional information has been released.
