The Atmore Police Department received a call and promptly responded to the Agape Outreach Ministry situated at 1000 East Nashville Avenue at approximately 3 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a suspect inside the ministry, actively removing items from the thrift store business.

Law enforcement officials later identified the suspect as 32-year-old Blaine Montgomery. Montgomery has been charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree theft of property.

Following his arrest, Montgomery was transported to the Escambia County, AL Detention Center.
