Arrests Made During Warrant Service

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office carried out a successful warrant service on June 23, 2024, resulting in the arrest of four suspects in Houston, Texas.

The operation unfolded at a property located in the 19800 block of Misty Pines Drive. Upon arrival, deputies detained three individuals outside the residence, namely Justin Tunstall, Jason Keeton, and Karen Tobon. The primary suspect, Owen Trayal, attempted to flee on foot but was promptly apprehended. Trayal was wanted for Failure to Appear in connection with a narcotic charge.

Suspects and Charges

Justin Tunstall was found in possession of narcotics and was also facing two outstanding warrants for Assault and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Jason Keeton had six unresolved traffic warrants, while Karen Tobon, who was already out on bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance, had seven outstanding warrants issued by the Humble Police Department.

Constable Mark Herman commented on the arrests, stating, “They were all apprehended and taken into custody at the Harris County Jail for their respective warrants. Justin Tunstall is facing an additional charge for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond and court details for the suspects are yet to be determined.”
