Accident – Death – Obituary News : Family members, friends, and neighbours have joined forces in a concerted effort to locate a 13-year-old girl from Melbourne who went missing in a densely wooded area in Port St. John. The girl, identified as Miracle Ackley, was last seen on the porch of her grandfather’s residence in Port St. John on Monday afternoon. Concerned family members promptly contacted the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office to report her disappearance.

The sheriff’s office wasted no time in mobilizing several units, including their helicopter, to aid in the search for Miracle. Despite the intensive search efforts, no alerts or notices regarding the missing child had been issued by nightfall. The family is urging local residents to assist in the search for Miracle, who was visiting her grandfather’s home for her sister’s birthday celebration. The residence is situated along the 6500 block of Golfview Avenue.

According to Miracle’s father, Sean Ackley, the last time he saw his daughter was when she was on the porch, and her mother briefly stepped away. Upon her return, Miracle was nowhere to be found. Andrea Dria, Miracle’s aunt, described her niece as a shy child who would always seek permission before venturing outside to retrieve the mail.

Desperate for any leads, family members are pleading with the community for assistance. Dria emphasised that Miracle has never run away before, making her disappearance even more alarming. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, and sparkly shoes. Anyone with information on Miracle’s whereabouts is urged to contact the sheriff’s office immediately via 9-1-1.

In times of crisis such as this, the community’s support and cooperation are crucial in bringing a missing child back to safety. The family remains hopeful for Miracle’s safe return and is deeply grateful for the outpouring of concern and assistance from those around them.
