The LB Nagar Special Operations Teams (SOT), in collaboration with the Chaitanyapuri police, have successfully apprehended a man in possession of 30 grams of heroin. Additionally, the LB Nagar police have seized two grams of MDMA from two individuals in separate incidents.
Heroin Seizure Case
During the first case, 24-year-old Virma Ram was found with heroin near Chaitanyapuri metro station. Upon interrogation, Virma revealed that he had obtained the drug from Dinesh Kalyan of Rajasthan, who had provided it to him through Heera Ram, also of Rajasthan.
MDMA Seizure Case
In the second incident, 20-year-old Jurru Akash and 23-year-old Mogili Venkatesh were caught with two grams of MDMA. The suspects confessed that they had purchased the drugs from a supplier named Srikanth from Neredmet, with the intention of selling it to prospective customers.
State Task Force Operation
Meanwhile, the State Task Force (STF) of the Excise department intercepted a man from Dhoolpet in possession of 17.1 kilograms of marijuana. The individual, identified as 42-year-old Dinesh Singh, was apprehended in Machlipura in Lower Dhoolpet. Dinesh disclosed that Sompal Rao from Karnataka was his bulk supplier of ganja in the Dhoolpet area, where he intended to distribute the contraband.
