Following an investigation under the police Stunt Rider Project, Faimon was apprehended by law enforcement officers.

On the 27th of May 2023, officers from the Wichita Police Department Traffic Unit observed Faimon riding his motorcycle in a reckless manner by performing a wheelie while heading west on Waterman in Wichita. Subsequently, officers discreetly trailed Faimon to the parking garage of Gander Mountain, where they approached him, leading to his arrest.

Further inquiries revealed that Faimon had a prior charge of second-degree murder for a similar incident involving a pedestrian being struck by his motorcycle.

In the previous case, Faimon was reported to have been performing a wheelie down Broadway when he collided with the pedestrian, identified as 48-year-old Kristine Sheffield, resulting in her untimely demise.

The motorcycle ridden by Faimon was confiscated by authorities. His sentencing is scheduled to take place in August, according to the district attorney’s office.
