Accident – Death – Obituary News : Authorities apprehended four individuals for their involvement in the theft of thousands of pounds worth of Lululemon leggings from a retail store in San Mateo. The incident unfolded in a dramatic pursuit that extended into San Francisco on Thursday afternoon.

San Mateo Police reported that three suspects seized clothing items from the store located at the Hillsdale Shopping Center around 2 p.m. Subsequently, the suspects hastily exited the store and made a dash towards a waiting white Subaru Outback, which then sped off towards Highway 101.

Law enforcement officers swiftly responded to the store and discovered that the suspects had made off with nearly £10,000 in merchandise. Meanwhile, the county’s Organised Retail Theft Task Force embarked on a mission to track down the suspect vehicle. The task force managed to locate the Subaru and trailed it into San Francisco.

During an attempted apprehension, the driver of the Subaru evaded the pursuing officers and drove recklessly. Concerned about the safety of other motorists and pedestrians, the police made the decision to terminate the pursuit.

With the assistance of the San Francisco Police, the abandoned Subaru was eventually located. It was later revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen earlier on the same day. The four suspects were apprehended shortly thereafter, along with the stolen goods.

The suspects, identified as 30-year-old Theodore Gore, 27-year-old Sierra Mansanares, 32-year-old Camy Massutti, and 31-year-old Jesus Olivarez, were taken into custody and booked into the San Mateo County Jail. While Gore, Mansanares, and Massutti hail from San Francisco, Olivarez resides in Antioch.

All four suspects are facing charges of organised retail theft, grand theft, and second-degree burglary. Additionally, Gore is facing charges of evading a peace officer, evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for public safety, possession of a stolen vehicle, and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Mansanares and Massutti also face an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance.

According to jail records, the four suspects are scheduled to appear in court on Monday for further proceedings. The authorities have commended the collaborative efforts of law enforcement agencies in swiftly resolving the case and apprehending the suspects..
