The Hampden County District Attorney Spokesperson, Jim Leydon, confirmed that 50-year-old Curtis Stevenson was found guilty on Thursday by a jury at Hampden Superior Court for multiple charges, including murder, attempted crime, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition without a license.

The incident took place on January 5, 2022, at approximately 6:50 p.m., when officers of the Springfield Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter activation on Hayden Avenue.
